Service Conditions:

4. Quotation & Payment

4.2 Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work commences, as outlined in your contract.
  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, debit/credit card, and financing options where available.

4.3 Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
  • Non-payment may result in legal action or service suspension.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Customers have 14 days from contract signing to cancel without penalty under UK consumer law.
  • Cancellations after this period may incur charges based on work completed and materials ordered.

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of a valid cancellation request.
  • If work has already commenced, deductions may apply for:
    ✔ Labour costs.
    ✔ Materials ordered or installed.
