4. Quotation & Payment

4.2 Deposits & Payments

4.3 Late Payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
- Non-payment may result in legal action or service suspension.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Customers have 14 days from contract signing to cancel without penalty under UK consumer law.
- Cancellations after this period may incur charges based on work completed and materials ordered.
5.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of a valid cancellation request.
- If work has already commenced, deductions may apply for:
✔ Labour costs.
✔ Materials ordered or installed.
